Return Policy
Return eligibility
In case you change your mind, items are eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund and within 28 days of delivery for an exchange. Items must be returned in unused condition and include all original packaging.

Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Please reach out to our customer service team at hello@arliga.com within 14 days of delivery
- Return Shipping: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack and Ship: Pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us within 1 week of receiving the prepaid label. Use the provided shipping label to send the item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item with the store credit provided.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Please note:
- ÄRLIGA can only refund packages that are successfully delivered back to us.
- ÄRLIGA only accepts returned items that are in unused condition and original packaging. Any items returned damaged, used or missing any pieces will not be accepted.
